The Path To Monetization

You work hard, create content and upload it, etc.  You should benefit from this, and the way to do that is Monetization.  YouTube's current Royalty Rate is $4  -  $13.75 per 1,000 views, depending on the content of the video.  

First, you need to check your current stats to see where you are with qualification.  To check this, go to your Desktop (not mobile app), Click your profile pic/icon in the upper right hand corner.  Then click YouTube Studio in the dropdown menu.  Then on the next screen, click on $Monetization.  

This page will show you your current stats, how many Subscribers you have, Total Watch Hours, if you have the 2 Step Authentication in place, and if you have any Community Strikes.  In order to monetize your channel, YouTube requires a minimum of 1,000 Channel Subscribers, 4,000 Total Watch Hours,  the 2 Step Authentication done (which is simply adding your phone number to your account ) and 0 Community Strikes.

Once you are approved for monetization, you will then be able to see stats, total views, money in your account, how much they pay for CPM, RPM etc. And, YouTube pays out Monthly-as long as you keep $100 or more in the ad account. 

To Get This Started:
 Let us know where you are at.  We need to know many Subs and Watch Hours you currently have, if your 2 Step Auth set up, and confirmation that you have 0 Zero Community Strikes.
We will then take your info, and put together a custom marketing plan that will get you over the threshold to get your money flow turned on!

Have a new channel, or just start actively posting content?  No problem! To start from scratch  we would need the following:
-Content already up on the page to promote.
-Videos with some length to them in order to expedite getting the full 4,000 watch hours required (which is hard to do when you only have a few videos posted that are a few minutes in length)
- Once we have that in place and the channel is ready to go,  the cost to set up a brand new channel  is $ 2,500 and will take about 4-8 weeks to complete.  To make this more achievable, we can set up payment plans where the payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or one payment a month. Remember, if your channel is not brand new, we will create a customized plan for your specific needs.  Once we are finished working on the setup, YouTube sends you an email congratulating you on qualifying for monetization.  You then confirm that you want to be monetized and allow them to run ads on your videos and then you're all set!  From that moment on, every view that comes in is now money in your pocket! It can be thought of as payment from all the hard work you put in creating the content on your channel.  
 
Moving Forward Into The Future:
Next, we have marketing plans to continue promoting your channel.  For example, once you qualify and the channel is monetized you can start earning!  The Royalties range $4 to $13.75 per 1,000 Video Views, basing it on the low end to be safe.  ( the average payout our clients are seeing is $7-$9 per 1,000 views. To get the top end you  need to do How-To/Tutorial type videos )  With a monthly marketing plan that costs around $200,  you will gain 500 New Subs and an average of 40,000 - 50,000 Views per month.  That means you are still growing and the money to cover the marketing comes from profit, not your pocket.  This will continue building your channel and keep the money flow coming in.
